Delete account & data

Delete your entire account (recommended in the app)

1. Open Vocross on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon (top of the play screen).
3. Scroll to Your data and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. We permanently delete your username, scores, preferences, device bindings, support messages, and related server records tied to that username.
5. The app returns to the welcome screen so you can choose a new username or stop using the app.

Deletion is processed on our servers at api.vocross.com over HTTPS. It cannot be undone.

Delete some data without deleting your account

In the same profile screen under Your data, you can:

• Reset game statistics — clears scores and puzzle/word counts; keeps your username and settings.
• Delete support messages — removes support tickets you sent for your username.
• Release this device — unlinks this phone from your username (useful when changing devices).

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email hello@ayosem.com from an address you control. Include your Vocross username and state whether you want full account deletion or partial deletion (for example, statistics only). We may ask reasonable questions to verify the request.

We delete or anonymize personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before automatic purge.
